Atomic Comic Is Launched

Today the first issue of Atomic Comic is released, the fanzine Harry Rickard and I have been working on for almost a year. It was put on the 'indefinite hiatus' back in April due to exams and was only picked up again in December because I was reading about other comic fanzines from years past somewhere (can't remember where now).

Anyway, the front cover is above, and yes - it is 100% free! It is published through Issuu, which is a free digital publishing company and is a chunky 36 pages (originally going to be 32, but we put it up at the last minute)!

Admittedly, there are a few spelling mistakes in the fanzine, but even though I read and re-read it a dozen times they still managed to slip through!

Despite that though, I hope you enjoy it. I've worked pretty hard  over the past few weeks getting this issue ready for January, so am pretty chuffed I managed it!

It was great! The interviews were great and so was the rejected and everything was good. When will issue two be out?

I'm glad people like it, we've recieved a lot of positive feedback! :)

I'm planning to release issue two next month. The front cover is finished as well as 16 inside pages!

Well congratulations on finishing it! Design-wise, it looks nice, but I can't read a magazine on a computer screen - is there a way to download it to stick it onto a tablet or something?

You can read it on the internet on a tablet, just as you would on a computer. If you want to download it, click on the download icon (an arrow on a box) underneath the magazine. Its the one on the far right.

I hope you enjoy it!
