Unfortunately the arrow covers up part of the panel. |
Originally drawn by Ken H. Harrison in the 70's and 80's, and more recently by Andy Fanton, Harry and His Hippo returns to the Dandy in today's digital edition! This time Harry is drawn by Dan Gaynor, and explains how Harry got his beloved oversized pet!
Also in this issue are some more new comic pages from Tom Paterson, the return of Keyhole Kate after a break from last week and a whole lot more!

Going by that one panel, it doesn't seem very well drawn. I hope the rest of the strip is better.
Regarding your blog's masthead, there's too much red space around the lettering - you should enlarge the 'Wacky Comics' aspect of it.
@Kid
Dan Gaynor used to draw Ted and the Animals - not sure if you ever remember that strip as I'm not sure if you were a reader around that time of The Dandy's era.
Regarding your comment on the blog, that's entirely my fault - I shall get round to enlargening it soon!
Gah! I meant enlarging!
Sounds great, if only the digital Dandy would work on my old computer!
It is a very well drawn strip, parts 2 and 3 are the best!
I dislike how the comic strip was split into three sections. They did the same with Alexander Matthews' 'Bad Hair Day' and it just seemed so pointless.
That does seem a bit pointless and annoying to be honest! But maybe there is a reason behind it.
