More stolen artwork?

I'm open for debate on this one, but whilst looking through a shop I spotted the following porduct, called a 'Doodle n cuddle'. Now, I'm not 100% sure, but that kind of looks like one of the 'Little Miss' to me.


I could be wrong though - can anybody else confirm wether or not it is a rip-off?
