A month ago The Beano took on a new look cover - bringing back a similar style to those of the 90's comics. So far we've seen four of them - and I really like the new style, but I wonder what other people think? Anyway, here they are in all their glory! (Take note of the background detail in the 2nd and 3rd ones.)
So - what do you think?
I love the new covers - look far better than the packed covers before - now there's a sense of order and the covers look generally neater.
ReplyDeleteI also love how the whole thing has changed to something like the 1990's covers right up to the bar below the title - absolutely brilliant!
Of course, not something the Dandy should do though!
I agree - I like the Dandy covers as they are now(but I don't like celeb school - I just don't get the stories?)
